On April 22, 2025 the Reporting Persons sold 50,000 shares of Common Stock for $2.10 per share. On April 23, 2025, the Reporting Persons sold 50,000 shares of Common Stock for $2.20 per share. On April 24, 2025, the Reporting Persons sold 172,809 shares of Common Stock for $2.1701 per share. All such sales were made on the open market. Except as disclosed herein, the Reporting Persons have made no transactions in the shares of Common Stock since the date of Amendment No. 3.
