Item 3 of the original Schedule 13D, as amended, is hereby amended to add the following language: On January 3, 2025, the reporting person exercised (a) a warrant to purchase 114,155 shares of common stock par value $0.01 per share (the "Common Stock") of Quantum Corporation (the "Issuer" or the "Company") (CIK: 0000709283) for $54.20 a share, (b) a warrant to purchase 219,970 shares of Common Stock for $26.00 a share, (c) a warrant to purchase 63,435 shares of Common Stock for $6.20 a share, (d) a warrant to purchase 37,536 shares of Common Stock for $6.20 a share, (e) a warrant to purchase 18,750 shares of Common Stock for $6.20 a share, and (f) a warrant to purchase 224,059 shares of Common Stock for $6.20 a share. The reporting person paid the exercise price for each of these warrants on a cashless basis, resulting in the Company withholding an aggregate of 228,195 of the warrant shares to pay the exercise price and issuing to the reporting person the remaining 449,710 shares.
